How It Works

1. Planning and Styling
Every session begins with planning. Together, we:
1. Explore your style, personality, and session's vision.
2. Choose outfits and locations that reflect your story.
3. Identify any personal touches or props you wish to include to make your session unique.
4. Discuss any optional add-ons like additional outfits, locations, or special props. These are confirmed at this point, so your session can fully capture your vision.
These steps ensure your session feels personal and stress-free by deciding important details from the start.

2. Session Day
Your session is your experience: relaxed, guided, and fun. During the allotted shooting time (60–90 minutes, depending on your collection), we:
1. Capture genuine smiles and moments.
2. Move quickly between outfits and nearby locations to maximize our fun and image variation.
3. Focus on creating a visual story that commemorates this milestone just like we planned to.
All outfit changes and location transitions happen within the session window to keep your time efficient.

3. Proofing & Reflection
After your session, you will receive a gallery of unedited, lightly adjusted proofs. At this stage, you will:
1. Select final images to be edited for your keepsakes.
2. Decide if you’d like to add any additional images beyond your collection’s included count.
3. Complete the reflection questionnaire to be integrated into your album as meaningful quotes.
If desired, personal quotes may be typed in a font made from your handwriting.

4. Design & Keepsakes
Once selections are finalized, your images are professionally edited and transformed into your selected heirloom products:
1. Mini or Legacy Album (depending on your collection).
2. Wall art or loose prints, if included in your package.
3. All packages include a digital gallery of edited images, formatted for online use, of all selected proofs.
Every keepsake is curated with your story in mind, creating a piece that captures this moment forever.

5. Delivery
We carefully deliver your finished album, prints, and digital images so your memories are preserved beautifully and safely.
At this stage, you may add physical product upgrades, such as:
1. Additional keepsakes
2. Custom cover designs or embellishments
3. Upgraded album size or wall art options
This ensures your heirloom collection is exactly how you want it, with any final touches completed before delivery.
