How will you remember your story? All of my Heirloom Portrait packages were created to celebrate your special moments through both a digital gallery, as well as tangible keepsakes. Below, you’ll find a detailed explanation of the 3 unique keepsake formats I offer — each designed for a different rhythm of storytelling.

Milestone Keepsakes

The Moments You Value Most
Milestone Keepsakes may include 1-40 spread albums, framed print collections up to 8×12in, or custom prints.
Some moments that lend themselves beautifully to a Milestone Keepsake include:
Expectant mothers welcoming new life.
Families capturing yearly traditions, birthdays, or everyday moments.
High school seniors honoring the transition to adulthood and reflecting on who they are now.
Couples celebrating anniversaries or personal milestones in ways that feel authentic and lasting.

If a moment matters to you, it deserves to be photographed.
*Projects can take place over a period of time if needed (ex. monthly newborn images). Keepsake purchase occurs once the story you are documenting is completed. -
Custom Milestone Sessions
Each session is designed around your needs. Want more photos in less time? No problem. Your final quote always includes all digital images and the cost of your physical keepsakes—no hidden fees.Session Packages (minimum $100 spent on physical keepsakes):
Mini Milestone: 30 min, 5 images — $450+
Bronze Milestone: 1 hour, 15 images — $675+
Silver Milestone (Most Booked): 1.5 hours, 20 images, up to 2 locations — $775+
Gold Milestone: 2 hours, 30 images, up to 2 locations — $925+
Masterpiece Portraits

Your Story as Art
Masterpiece Portraits are 8×12 or larger framed canvas prints to be hung in the home.
Masterpiece portraits are designed for those who want their story transformed into fine art. Sessions utilize custom props and symbolic details to craft imagery that captures your vision.
Masterpiece portraits focus on:
Storytelling through symbolism, each prop, pose, and detail contributes to a larger narrative.
Fine-art composition, designed to be displayed as heirloom-quality pieces that feel timeless and eye-catching. Each image is meant to be a strong, standalone piece.
Unlike Keepsake Chapters, which capture moments as they naturally occur, Masterpiece Portraits create visual storylines through intentional pose and creative direction.

Custom Masterpiece Sessions
Masterpiece Portrait investment pricing depends heavily on prop, studio time, and framing decisions. No two packages are priced the same.You should expect an initial investment of at minimum $1,000 for your session. With the average client spend coming to around $2,500 for a session that includes 2-3 large framed images.
Legacy Albums

Designed for weddings, anniversaries, family celebrations, or other meaningful events, Legacy Albums capture the full, unabridged story of your biggest moments. These albums are larger and allow for a deep dive into the story you are documenting.
They include:
12'x12 or 11×14in Albums
40+ Spreads to tell bigger stories across events or life chapters.
Personalized quotes and reflections, giving your words and those of loved ones a permanent place alongside the images. Including handwritten passages is also available.
Heirloom-quality presentation, inks, and binding made to last, creating a collection you’ll return to for years to come.
Legacy Albums go beyond documenting moments; they preserve the story behind them, creating a meaningful keepsake to share and revisit for generations.

Each session is designed around your needs. Your final quote always includes all digital images and the cost of your physical keepsakes—no hidden fees.Session Packages(minimum $250 spent on album creation):
Bronze Milestone: 2 hours, 100 images — $1,750+
Silver Milestone (Most Booked): 4 hours, 200 images — $2,700+
Gold Milestone: 6+ hours, 300+ — $3,650+

1. Book A Free Discovery Conversation
During this short 15-minute meeting, I will answer any questions you have and walk you through the overall experience, from creative options to pricing, so you can make an informed decision on what fits your needs. If it’s not the right match, that’s perfectly okay; the call is simply a space to explore your options.

2. Getting to Know You
If you decide on a package following our Discovery Conversation, a short, personalized questionnaire along with the initial invoice will arrive in your inbox. It helps me understand your story, preferences, and goals - as well as secure a deposit from you, so I can begin designing a concept that truly reflects your story.

3. Enjoy a Pre-Shoot Consultation
In this relaxed meeting, I will present to you an overall creative vision based on the information I receive from your questionnaire. Then, we will refine the vision together — deciding on location, styling, and creative direction. During this process I will walk you through every detail, answering any questions that may pop up, so you feel fully confident in your decisions.

4. Your Session Day
The day of your session is all about connection and experience. I will personally guide you through poses and expressions that tell your story authentically, making sure no detail is overlooked. This is your time to enjoy the results of our planning and collaboration.
For experiences that span multiple days or months — such as family reunions, newborn milestones, or sports seasons — each scheduled session is approached with the same care and intention. All of your images are carefully organized and protected, with options to receive full-size prints along the way, until it’s time to craft your final keepsake.

5. Receive Your Proofs & Reflection Guide
After your session, you’ll receive a hand-selected set of un-edited proof images along with a written reflection guide. This invites you to revisit your story, select the images that will be included in your final keepsake, as well as reflect on your story in a relaxed environment as inspired by the guide and the images you receive.

6. Keepsake Delivery
Once your selections are complete, I carefully assemble your final keepsake digitally before it goes to the professionals. They then handcraft it from start to finish, ensuring every detail is preserved with care. When the package arrives at your door, it will be complete — ready to be cherished, displayed, and passed down for generations.
